At EPM, our mission is to provide exceptional administrative services for our property owners and we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all our tenants. We currently have about 15 single family homes located in Blytheville, AR in our personal portfolio.
Our largest property and most active under our management is the River Oak RV & Mobile Home Park in Osceola, AR which is a 30 acre long term stay park which includes over 200 spacious RV lots, mobile home lots, and multiple park owned mobile homes for rent. Nestled along the Mississippi River just 10 minutes from Big River/US Steel & Hybar and about 20 minutes from Blytheville, AR. A great home away from home environment for those working on construction or other industrial jobs in Mississippi County, AR.
